  • Severe Delays: When delivery or service completion is delayed significantly beyond the committed timeframe (as defined in your specific service agreement)
  • Damage or Loss: When cargo is damaged or lost while in our care, custody, and control (subject to our Terms and Conditions and liability limitations)
  • Billing Errors: When you have been charged incorrectly for services
  • Service Cancellation: When services are canceled according to the cancellation terms in your service agreement

3. Refund Request Timeframe

To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us of the issue within:

  • 7 calendar days from the service completion date for quality issues or service failures
  • 48 hours from the scheduled delivery time for severe delays
  • 24 hours of delivery for visible cargo damage
  • 7 calendar days of delivery for concealed cargo damage
  • 30 calendar days from the invoice date for billing errors

Refund requests submitted after these timeframes may be considered on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.

5. Refund Processing

5.1 Refund Methods

  • Bank transfers will be refunded to the originating account
  • Cash payments will be refunded by bank transfer to an account you designate

5.2 Refund Timeframes

Once a refund is approved:

  • Bank transfers typically process within 7-14 business days

  • Cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash

6. Non-Refundable Services and Charges

The following services and charges are generally non-refundable:

  • Administrative fees and documentation charges
  • Customs clearance fees paid to government authorities
  • Third-party charges that have already been incurred and cannot be recovered
  • Services canceled with less than 24 hours' notice before the scheduled service time
  • Special handling fees for services that have already been performed

7. Liability Limitations

Our refund policy is subject to the liability limitations specified in our Terms and Conditions. These limitations include:

  • Maximum liability amounts for loss or damage as specified in applicable transport conventions
  • Exclusions for certain types of consequential damages

8. Special Circumstances

8.1 Refused Deliveries

If a delivery is refused by the recipient for reasons not attributable to IndiaLogistics Pro (such as incorrect ordering information or recipient unavailability), the original service charges remain payable, and return shipping charges may apply.

8.2 Regulatory Holds

If a shipment is held by regulatory authorities (such as customs or security agencies), we cannot provide refunds for resulting delays as these are outside our control.

8.3 Address Corrections

If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address information provided by you, additional charges for address correction and redelivery may apply. Original shipping charges are generally not refundable in these cases.

8.4 Service Upgrades

If you request a service upgrade (such as expedited delivery) that we are unable to fulfill, we will refund the difference between the standard service and the upgraded service cost.
